What is available?

Our selection includes blankets, comforters, duvet covers, pillows, quilt, robes, sheets, and towels; the individual listing explains the material, size and options.

Is shipping free, and when will my order arrive?

Checkout shows whether free shipping applies. Normal processing is about 1–2 business days, then delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch; these windows are not guaranteed.

Can I return an order that I simply do not want?

Defective and non-defective returns and exchanges are accepted. Apply within 30 days after delivery for a change of mind, personal preference or a wrong selection. Goods must be new, unused and in original condition, including original packaging, tags and accessories.

How do mail returns work?

Send the order number, checkout email and an explanation and wait for authorization before mailing. A free return label is included in the package, and there is no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on inventory.

What about damage or a fulfillment mistake?

Damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped, missing or materially misdescribed goods can be reviewed for return or exchange. Provide requested photographs or video of the merchandise and packaging.

When is a refund processed?

An approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days after approval.
