Shipping Policy

For orders of blankets, comforters, duvet covers, pillows, quilt, robes, sheets, and towels placed with our store, preparation normally takes about 1–2 business days after acceptance and successful payment authorization. Estimated transportation after dispatch takes 3–5 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

The shipping charge and any free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout; an offer is not assumed to apply to every destination or order. Available destinations and delivery restrictions are also determined there. Provide a complete, accurate delivery address, email and phone number before paying. Contact us promptly about corrections, which may not be possible once dispatch begins.

Tracking details are supplied when available, and scans can take time to update. For a delayed or apparently lost parcel, contact us with your order number, checkout email and tracking number. If tracking shows delivery but nothing arrived, check the delivery area and household, then ask us to investigate. Report visible damage with photographs of the item and packaging. Carrier inquiries may be necessary before a resolution is confirmed.
