We accept returns of defective and non-defective merchandise and offer exchanges. A change of mind, personal preference or a wrong item selected when ordering can qualify, as can damage, defects, an incorrect shipment, missing parts or goods materially different from their description.
The request must reach us within 30 days after delivery. Eligible goods must be new, unused and in their original condition, with the original packaging, tags and accompanying accessories retained. To start, provide the order number, checkout email and an explanation. For damage, defects, wrong deliveries or missing pieces, provide requested photos or video of the product and its packaging.
Returns are made by mail. Wait for authorization before sending anything back; a free return label is included in the package. There is no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on the inventory actually available. An approved refund goes to the original payment method, with processing completed within 10 days after approval.
